ABA-ENLIL-DANA (AHIQAR)

   High-ranking official under the Assyrian kings Sennacherib and Esarhaddon in the seventh century B.C. Under his Arameanname, Ahiqar, he became famous as the author of a series of wisdom texts written in Aramaic.
